We will always recommend a computer on Windows 10 software, that is not Mac. However, if you do choose to make your MacOS compatible here are the requirements:

           – Assist members in placing their wait-list requests if a resort is unavailable. 

           – Offer members alternative vacation options if their first choice is unavailable. 

           – Sell membership packages by advising members of the features and benefits of the different membership levels.

           – Solve member concerns for first call resolution, ultimately avoiding escalation.

 

  • Cable Inbound, Sales & Billing Customer Service Calls: starting at $15/hr

           – Assist callers with customer billing inquiries.

           – Build trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interaction.

           –  Help resolve customer problems using tools & troubleshooting guides on the first attempt

           – Determine business offerings that the customer does not currently have & have a value based conversation bridging into a sales offer to upgrade and add on to their service

 

  • Roadside Assistance Customer Service: starting at $12/hr

          – 24/7 service of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests from customers and/or account representatives for assistance.

          – Place outbound calls to list of client’s service providers to secure appropriate towing assistance to resolve their needs

          – Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle inoperable situation

          – Identify the customer’s location using Google Maps and other client tools.

 

  • Cruise Line Inbound Customer Service Sales: starting at $10/hr +incentives

          – Inbound calls for assistance with bookings, assisting with cruise specific questions, quotes and more.

          – Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming customer objections.

          – Transferring inbound/outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or account representatives.

          – Possible outbound calls to designated internal support departments for status and clarification purposes

 

When logged into the portal and searching for the right client for you, if you find one that you think could be the one I always recommend to express interest and begin any prerequisites (i.e voice demo, background check, pc scan, etc). If not, that opportunity may not be available anymore due to a full class already.
