- 1099 Contract
- Part time/Full time positions available, willing to work 25hrs/week
Inbound Customer Service Professionals – will perform the following for the program:
- Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from client’s customer, assisting with cruise-specific questions, quotes, and more.
- Stay up to date on the latest sales and promotions while earning revenue!
- Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming customer objections.
- Transferring inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.
Additional Client Program Technology Standards
- Dual monitors (recommended but not required)
- Minimal 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution
- Windows 10 or 11 Operating System Required
- Wired internet connection
- Hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone quality audio
